À propos du livre

Four young lovers run away into a wood outside Athens on a summer night, just when the fairy king Oberon and his queen Titania are quarrelling there. Oberon's mischievous servant Puck squeezes a love potion into the wrong eyes, so the lovers' affections change partners in confusion, and Titania falls in love with Bottom, a weaver whose head Puck has turned into a donkey's. Meanwhile a group of workmen rehearse a hopelessly bad play, Pyramus and Thisbe, for the duke's wedding.
